The next step in the BID formation process is a well publicized survey of the community. This survey will help us understand the needs and priorities of local residents, businesses, and stakeholders. We encourage everyone to participate and share their thoughts on how we can improve Broadway from 80ᵗʰ to 110ᵗʰ Street.

From Columbus Circle to 168th Street, a ribbon of New York City parkland winds its way along Broadway. This strip of trees, shrubs, and seasonal plantings, known as the Broadway Malls, creates a “front yard” for the district.
Discover a diverse array of restaurants, cafes, and eateries offering cuisine from around the world. The most popular food of all is pizza, our district has 13 pizza places along Broadway from slice shops to award winning restaurants.
The Upper West Side is home to over 30,000 children (That’s enough youngsters to fill Yankee Stadium, twice.) with a proliferation of storefronts devoted to math help, tutoring, clothes making, skateboarding and more.
The district is home to many grocery stores, bakeries, coffee shops and a few legendary specialty food retailers selling smoked fish, fresh meats, Amish cheese, Kosher treats and more.
Broadway has everything. From hardware stores, appliance stores, stationary stores to book stores, shoe stores, clothes and much more.
